REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Final Sale Policy:

All sales at Over Modify are final. Due to the highly customized nature of our livery kits, we are unable to offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed.

Each livery kit is crafted to meet your specific design requirements. As these items are custom-made, they cannot be resold or reused, necessitating our strict no-refund policy.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or other appropriate solution.

Order Modifications:

Orders may be modified within a limited time frame after they are placed. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at overmodify.cs@gmail.com. Our team will assist you with the modification process, subject to the stage of production.

Exchanges:

As all products are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges. Please ensure that your order details are accurate to avoid any issues.

Livery Shipping Times:

Custom livery kits have an estimated shipping time of 5-6 weeks. This extended timeframe allows us to ensure the highest quality and precision in every custom-made kit.

Other Orders Shipping Times:

All merchandise orders can take up to 6 weeks to ship. This timeframe accounts for production, quality checks, and packaging to ensure that you receive a top-notch product.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time for non-livery items varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods:

International Shipping:

Over Modify ships internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Please note that you will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs department.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number should be active within 24-48 hours.

Damages:

Over Modify is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
